The Jay Fusion Cyro cushion is a soft, lightweight and comfortable foam cushion designed for high postural support. It provides a comfortable seating surface for those at high risk of skin breakdown, whom have aggressive positioning needs and may require the use of a wheelchair for extended periods of time. The pre-contoured foam base is highly resilient, providing easily modifiable lateral and forward support in a way that improves orthopedic alignment and accommodates individual needs.

The Jay Fusion is composed of a pre-contoured closed cell foam base, pre-contoured soft foam layer, moisture resistant inner cover and anti-microbial outer cover. In addition to two optional inserts, the Jay Flow fluid pad with cryo technology and ROHO Dry Floatation air bladder (available in single or dual valve). Its pre-contoured closed cell foam base provides readily adjustable lateral and forward stability support and comfort to the pelvic area. The pre-contoured soft foam layer possess a posterior pelvic wall that mitigates fluid migration through positioning of the pelvis and thighs, as well as providing additional support and comfort.

The optional Jay Flow fluid pad with cryo technology consistently ensures precise fluid placement by minimizing migration while actively cooling surface for up to eight hours, further reducing risk of skin breakdown. The optional ROHO Dry Floatation air bladder accommodates asymmetric postures through personalization of air levels, further reducing risk of skin breakdown. The moisture resistant inner cover, equipped with an Aquaguard zipper and anti-wicking thread, prevents moisture build up and is ideal for those that suffer from incontinence.
